HIVE conducted a User Experience (UX) evaluation of the USB website. This audit included extensive interviews with key staff members, an expert website review & UX research sessions with target audience users. The results and recommendations of this audit led to an overhaul of the USB website, including revised Information Architecture, site redesign and significant honing of content.
